Bad habits and dental health

Hi, readers today is Friday and it is a new day to post a blog. The topic today is about a relevant part of our body, our dental health. First of all, I’m going to write about the bad habits to have a poor dental health and then how can we fix the damage.You can hear about, wash your teeth’s after every lunch? It is the principal advice to have a good dental health, but what happened if you not wash your teeth’s? If you don’t wash your teeth’s probably your breath sucks and your dentin is yellow, the excessive consume of sugar and smoke helps to have a poor dental health.My recommendation is drop the cigarettes, because is bad to your health in general, and you must wash your teeth’s everyday with dental floss to the rest of food that keep in your mounth.
